Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Support Agent to be the primary point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end client experience—from onboarding new users to managing policy lifecycles and resolving complex inquiries. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can build lasting relationships through clear communication and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Onboarding & Lifecycle Management: Successfully onboard new customers and provide ongoing support for policy applications, renewals, and necessary changes.

Account Administration: Efficiently manage billing inquiries and assist with claims management processes to ensure a seamless experience.

Relationship Building: Build sustainable relationships of trust with clients through open, interactive, and empathetic communication.

Inquiry & Complaint Resolution: Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction. Handle complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within set time limits.

Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, process accounts, and file necessary documentation.

Quality Assurance: Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies to ensure consistent service delivery.

Customer Advocacy: Go the extra mile to engage customers, following up to ensure full resolution of their concerns and high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: Proven experience in a client support, account management, or insurance-related administrative role.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional yet warm demeanor.

Technical Proficiency: Ability to learn and navigate CRM systems and policy management software.
