Job Description: 

You’ll be the vital first touchpoint for women seeking specialized healthcare, transforming nervous prospects into confident patients through compassionate communication. This role puts you at the heart of meaningful healthcare delivery, where your voice and care directly impact women’s wellness journeys. You’ll work closely with a medical professional who values your contribution to creating a warm, professional patient experience.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct pre-appointment screening calls using provided scripts to assess patient suitability for treatments
  • Make outbound calls to warm up leads and increase consultation conversion rates
  • Serve as primary receptionist, answering calls and scheduling patient appointments
  • Respond to WhatsApp messages and text inquiries about treatments and services
  • Perform follow-up calls after appointments to provide reassurance and prepare patients for their next visits
  • Manage email correspondence and calendar coordination for the clinic
  • Handle basic social media posting and patient engagement
  • Maintain accurate patient communication records and scheduling systems

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, professional speaking voice
  • Strong multitasking abilities to manage various patient touchpoints simultaneously
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace applications
  • Experience with calendar management and appointment scheduling systems
  • Bonus if you have previous experience in clinical, patient-facing, or healthcare support roles
  • It helps if you’re comfortable discussing sensitive health topics with empathy and professionalism
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for confidential patient calls
