Group 1:

  • Agent 1: Monday to Sunday 1pm to 9pm EST
  • Agent 2: Monday to Sunday 9pm to 5pm EST (Spanish/Bilingual)

Group 2:

  • Agent 1: Monday to Sunday 12am to 8am EST
  • Agent 2: Monday to Sunday 8am to 4pm EST (Spanish Bilingual)

Job Description: You’ll be the face of customer excellence in a thriving gaming environment, handling both financial transactions and community engagement. This role combines the precision of cashier responsibilities with the creativity of social media management, making every day varied and engaging. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth customer experiences while helping to build and maintain the brand’s online presence across social platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Process customer account transactions including loading and unloading funds with accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving inquiries promptly
  • Post pre-designed advertisements and promotional content across Facebook and Instagram platforms
  • Engage authentically with the online gaming community to build relationships and brand loyalty
  • Maintain consistent service quality during assigned 8-hour shifts as part of 247 coverage
  • Support seamless operations by collaborating effectively with team members across different time zones
  • Monitor and respond to customer interactions on social media platforms
  • Ensure all financial transactions are processed securely and documented properly

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service roles with strong communication skills
  • Familiarity with cash handling, account management, or financial transactions
  • Active knowledge of Facebook and Instagram for business posting and community engagement
  • Comfortable working as part of a team providing 247 coverage
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work
  • Bonus if you have experience in gaming, entertainment, or online communities
  • It helps if you’re comfortable with digital-first customer interactions (no phone calls required)
