Job Description
You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining financial accuracy for a global sports organization that operates across multiple countries. Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data entry of invoices into Xero accounting system
- Process prior invoices efficiently and maintain data integrity
- Assist with payment processing and related financial tasks
- Maintain accurate financial records across multiple international subsidiaries
- Support general accounts payable functions as business needs arise
- Ensure timely processing to support global event operations
- Collaborate with finance team to maintain smooth workflow
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable, data entry, or administrative roles
- Proficiency with Xero accounting software (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Basic understanding of accounts payable processes
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bonus if you have experience with international finance operations
