Support a hospitality-based business with gaming operations that requires accurate, reliable bookkeeping to maintain financial integrity. This role focuses on accounts payable, reconciliations, and day-to-day bookkeeping support, working closely with internal stakeholders while operating fully remotely.
Job Description:
As a Part-Time Bookkeeper, you will manage creditors, reconciliations, and general bookkeeping tasks using Xero. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and experience supporting hospitality or gaming-related businesses. Payroll is handled internally, allowing this role to focus purely on bookkeeping accuracy and financial support.
Responsibilities:

Manage creditor accounts and maintain accurate creditor records

Perform bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy

Prepare and process general journal entries as required

Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks to support business operations

Maintain clean and organised financial records in Xero

Support accounts payable and reconciliation workflows

Communicate clearly regarding discrepancies or missing documentation
Requirements:

Proven experience using Xero accounting software

Previous bookkeeping experience with solid accounting fundamentals

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently in a remote environment
