GoHighLevel Digital Marketing Specialist

Work Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday, 4 hours per day within client's office hours, start at 8AM PHT

Role Overview:
This person will be responsible for creating and executing our social media strategy, so previous marketing experience is essential. They will work closely with me as the business owner, alongside a sales team member and our customers.
 
Scope of Work:
Social Media & Marketing

  • Developing and owning social media strategy
  • Creating and scheduling content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Creating short-form video content
  • Producing training and educational videos for YouTube and marketing
  • Ensuring content aligns with the brand, tone, and values

CRM & VA Support

  • Managing and responding to emails
  • Updating and maintaining the CRM
  • Creating and managing workflows and automations within the CRM
  • Creating and sending EDMs via the CRM

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in marketing and social media strategy
  • Strong working knowledge of GoHighLevel CRM
  • Video creation and basic editing skills
  • Excellent written English and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities
