Work Schedule:
- Monday - Friday, 4 hours per day within client's office hours, start at 8AM PHT
Role Overview:
This person will be responsible for creating and executing our social media strategy, so previous marketing experience is essential. They will work closely with me as the business owner, alongside a sales team member and our customers.
Scope of Work:
Social Media & Marketing
- Developing and owning social media strategy
- Creating and scheduling content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Creating short-form video content
- Producing training and educational videos for YouTube and marketing
- Ensuring content aligns with the brand, tone, and values
CRM & VA Support
- Managing and responding to emails
- Updating and maintaining the CRM
- Creating and managing workflows and automations within the CRM
- Creating and sending EDMs via the CRM
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in marketing and social media strategy
- Strong working knowledge of GoHighLevel CRM
- Video creation and basic editing skills
- Excellent written English and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
