Event Sales Executive
- Sunday to Thursday cover, 9:00 am till 6:00 pm UK Time with a 1-hour unpaid break and occasional weekends to be determined (8 hours per day/40 hours per week)

Role Overview
Our client is looking for a highly motivated and sales-focused Sales Executive to join the team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales background who thrives on converting enquiries into confirmed bookings. You will be speaking directly with customers who are planning and booking events, guiding them through the hire process and maximizing sales opportunities. Previous experience in the events or hire industry is not essential, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries from customers booking events.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings through consultative selling
- Communicate confidently with customers via phone and email.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable hire solutions
- Follow up on quotes and enquiries to close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth handover of confirmed bookings.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience
- Strong sales mindset with a proven ability to close deals
- Outstanding proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Confident, professional, and persuasive communicator
- Customer-focused with a proactive approach to sales
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple enquiries
- Experience in the events or hire industry is a plus, but not required
