We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Personal Assistant to provide full-time support across multiple business and personal activities. This role involves managing high-volume email inboxes, scheduling, travel coordination, basic bookkeeping, and general administrative tasks. Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM with 1 hour unpaid break
Client Timezone: Mountain Standard Time
Responsibilities:

Manage and organize 25+ email inboxes across multiple business and personal accounts

Handle scheduling and calendar coordination across various business activities

Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics

Conduct research tasks as needed for various business projects

Perform online shopping and procurement tasks

Handle basic bookkeeping and reconciliation tasks (approximately 50 transactions per month)

Manage QuickBooks Online entries and maintenance

Provide general administrative support across multiple business entities

Support financial and operational consulting activities

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

Experience with Google Sheets

Basic business acumen and intelligence

Willingness to learn and be trained on new systems

QuickBooks Online experience preferred (training provided if needed)
