Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Personal Assistant to provide full-time support across multiple business and personal activities. This role involves managing high-volume email inboxes, scheduling, travel coordination, basic bookkeeping, and general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience supporting executives in fast-paced environments. This is a remote, long-term role with growth potential, working directly with the business owner and supporting diverse industries.

Role Name: Personal Assistant

Schedule:

  • Full-time (40+ hours per week)

  • Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM with 1 hour unpaid break

Client Timezone: Mountain Standard Time

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize 25+ email inboxes across multiple business and personal accounts

  • Handle scheduling and calendar coordination across various business activities

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics

  • Conduct research tasks as needed for various business projects

  • Perform online shopping and procurement tasks

  • Handle basic bookkeeping and reconciliation tasks (approximately 50 transactions per month)

  • Manage QuickBooks Online entries and maintenance

  • Provide general administrative support across multiple business entities

  • Support financial and operational consulting activities

Requirements:
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

  • At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

  • Experience with Google Sheets

  • Basic business acumen and intelligence

  • Willingness to learn and be trained on new systems

  • QuickBooks Online experience preferred (training provided if needed)

  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive financial information

  • Professional demeanor and reliability
