You’ll work closely with the business owner in a hands-on environment focused on continuous optimization and sustainable revenue growth.
As the Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist, you’ll own the end-to-end conversion optimization strategy across multiple e-commerce stores. Your work will directly influence revenue through data analysis, A/B testing, and UI/UX improvements.
This role blends analytical precision with creative problem-solving. You’ll analyze daily performance metrics, design and execute experiments, and implement measurable improvements while collaborating with a team that values learning, speed, and execution.
Responsibilities
- Analyze daily performance data to identify CRO opportunities across multiple e-commerce stores
- Design, execute, and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion rates
- Optimize Average Order Value (AOV) and other revenue-driving metrics
- Implement UI/UX improvements to enhance user experience and conversion performance
- Process and interpret large datasets to inform strategic decisions
- Apply industry best practices to test and deploy new conversion strategies
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members through regular feedback cycles
- Track, report, and communicate performance gains and ROI from optimization efforts
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) with a proven record of measurable results
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Hands-on UI/UX design experience and proficiency with relevant design tools
- Deep understanding of A/B testing methodologies, tools, and statistical analysis
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms and conversion tracking systems
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and approachable working style
Nice-to-Have / Bonus
- Experience managing CRO for multiple e-commerce stores or multi-brand operations
