Job Description: 

You’ll be the technical backbone of a cutting-edge healthcare platform, building and maintaining a comprehensive WordPress website that transforms how pediatric patients access specialized medical care. This role offers the unique opportunity to work directly with a medical professional to create seamless, compliant patient experiences while staying current with evolving healthcare regulations. Responsibilities:

• Build a comprehensive WordPress website from scratch using provided templates and design examples
• Integrate multiple healthcare systems including scheduling, payment processing, patient intake forms, and electronic medical records
• Create and implement automated email marketing funnels to nurture potential patients through conversion sequences
• Maintain ongoing website updates for new medications, dosing protocols, and evolving medical guidelines
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and implement security updates for healthcare data protection
• Integrate social media advertising with website conversion tracking and analytics
• Collaborate in regular progress reviews to implement feedback and optimize patient workflow
• Provide technical consultation on system integration and workflow optimization improvements

Requirements:

• Strong WordPress development experience with the ability to work from templates and examples

• Knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements, particularly HIPAA regulations
• Experience integrating third-party systems and APIs (Stripe, Calendly, JotForm, Zoom)
• Basic marketing knowledge, particularly email marketing and funnel creation
• Ability to work independently while maintaining regular communication
• Tech-savvy problem-solving skills for complex system integrations
• Bonus if you have experience with electronic medical record systems
• It helps if you have subscription-based payment processing experience
