Customer Service Representative – Property & Home Services

Job Description:
You’ll be the professional voice of a dynamic property services business, managing customer interactions and supporting daily operations as they scale. This role offers the unique opportunity to start part-time and grow with the company into a full-time position. You’ll work directly with the business owner, handling everything from customer calls to scheduling field teams, making a real impact on customer satisfaction and business efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Filter and manage incoming customer service and support calls for property management, remodeling, and handyman services
- Provide excellent customer service to clients calling about various property service needs
- Schedule work appointments and coordinate with field teams for service delivery
- Handle customer inquiries generated from advertising and promotional campaigns
- Manage calls across multiple business names operating under the same company umbrella
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks to streamline business operations
- Maintain professional communication standards across all customer touchpoints
- Assist with operational coordination as the business scales and grows
Requirements:
- Must have experience with property services, construction, or home improvement industries
- Strong English communication skills with professional phone manner
- Experience in customer service and call handling
- Ability to work during client’s daytime business hours
- Reliable internet connection for application-based phone system access
- Administrative and scheduling experience preferred
- It helps if you’re comfortable managing multiple business identities and can adapt your communication style accordingly
