Project Marketer

About Us
We are a leading automation company specializing in high-precision filling machines for
industries where accuracy and efficiency are essential. Our marketing team drives
campaigns across digital, events, and partnerships — and we’re looking for a Project
Marketer to help us organize, execute, and scale our efforts.

This role is perfect for someone with a foundation in marketing who wants to step into a
role that blends project management with campaign execution.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

9AM to 6PM EST

With 1 hour unpaid breaks

What You’ll Do
As a Project Marketer, you’ll act as a key support for the Marketing Project Manager,
helping to:
 Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and tasks across campaigns.
 Assist in executing campaigns across email, web, social, and events (with increasing autonomy as you grow).
 Work with agencies, contractors, and partners to move projects forward.
 Maintain shared documentation, asset folders, and campaign trackers.
 Support brand projects such as brochures, partner landing pages, case studies, and creative asset production.
 QA marketing assets for accuracy, links, and brand alignment.
 Help plan and execute tradeshows and industry events: coordinating materials, shipping logistics, asset prep, and follow-up campaigns.
 Monitor performance data (HubSpot, Google Analytics) and summarize takeaways.
 Support content calendars and help schedule blogs, newsletters, and social media posts.
 Contribute creative input from copyediting to light design tweaks.

Requirements
 1–3 years of marketing, coordination, or project support experience.
 An understanding of digital marketing basics (email, social, paid, or CRM exposure).
 Organizational skills with attention to detail.
 Clear written communication and strong follow-through.
 A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

Bonus Points
 Familiarity with Jira, HubSpot, or other project/marketing tools.
 Exposure to digital campaign execution or paid ads.
 Interest in technology and automation industries.
 Exposure to HubSpot, Google Analytics, or social media scheduling tools.
 Experience with Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design tools.
 Interest in technology, automation, or engineering.
