Assistant Manager

Schedule: 40 hours per week; 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM client timezone

Responsibilities:

  • Manage social media posting and content across multiple platforms for retail clothing business
  • Handle administrative tasks and paperwork coordination across all business operations
  • Monitor and manage various business apps including marketplace platforms, home remodeling apps, and transportation logistics systems
  • Provide computer guidance and technical support to business owner for daily operations
  • Conduct research to identify better vendors, deals, and business opportunities
  • Maintain customer relationships and outreach initiatives for existing clientele
  • Create and post job advertisements on Indeed for driver recruitment
  • Research and identify qualified dispatchers for cargo van operations
  • Support both front office (paperwork, administration) and back office (marketing, advertising) functions
  • Assist with business development and scaling initiatives across multiple verticals

Requirements:

  • Strong computer skills with the ability to guide others through technical processes
  • Experience with social media management and content posting
  • Excellent research and analytical capabilities
  • Administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with online platforms, marketplace apps, and business tools
  • Customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively across different business sectors
  • Bonus if you have experience with Indeed job posting or logistics platforms
  • It helps if you’re comfortable working with apps and learning new systems quickly
