Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, highly organized, and communicative professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of our Employer Wellness Program and serve as a primary point of contact for members. It supports working families by providing access to a variety of services, including childcare, elder care, reimbursement for eligible care expenses, and more. You will play a key role in care coordination, ensuring smooth service delivery and delivering an outstanding customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for the Employer Wellness Program, delivering timely, professional, and empathetic customer support

Assist client employees with navigating Employer Wellness Benefits, including childcare, elder care, and eligible expense reimbursements

Manage and fulfill employee care requests related to childcare, elder care, and other family support needs

Coordinate care-related services by researching options, sharing resources, and following up to ensure member needs are met

Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat while meeting service-level expectations

Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery and a positive member experience
