Customer Service Representative

Schedule: 8 hours/day, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated, highly organized, and communicative professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of our Employer Wellness Program and serve as a primary point of contact for members. It supports working families by providing access to a variety of services, including childcare, elder care, reimbursement for eligible care expenses, and more. You will play a key role in care coordination, ensuring smooth service delivery and delivering an outstanding customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for the Employer Wellness Program, delivering timely, professional, and empathetic customer support

  • Assist client employees with navigating Employer Wellness Benefits, including childcare, elder care, and eligible expense reimbursements

  • Manage and fulfill employee care requests related to childcare, elder care, and other family support needs

  • Coordinate care-related services by researching options, sharing resources, and following up to ensure member needs are met

  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat while meeting service-level expectations

  • Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery and a positive member experience
