Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented DME Contracting & Credentialing Specialist with a strong background in healthcare or medical operations. This role supports the Head of the DME Business Unit by managing key operational, regulatory, and compliance tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, analytical, and comfortable working with multiple systems to ensure smooth operations and compliance across various state requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead payer and provider credentialing activities, including enrollment, revalidation, and ongoing maintenance

Manage and track DME payer contracts, amendments, and renewals to support reimbursement and network expansion

Monitor credentialing and contracting requirements across Medicare and commercial payers

Coordinate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and leadership to ensure credentialing and contracts align with business and compliance needs
- Research and prepare licensing requirements across states, ensuring timely submissions.
- Track, update, and manage licensing applications and renewals.
- Analyze and clean operational and compliance data across multiple systems.
- Support contracting processes and state submissions in collaboration with the Head of DME.
- Coordinate with onshore leadership to manage regulatory and operational workflows.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Provide administrative and operational support as required to keep the unit running smoothly.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in healthcare, medical operations, or related regulatory roles.
- Prior experience in DME operations, licensing, or compliance a must.
- With DME Contracting and Credentialing experience, highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in using multiple systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) for coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex regulatory workflows.
