Job Overview: You’ll drive business growth by identifying and engaging decision-makers at companies planning major events and conferences. This role puts you at the forefront of a thriving industry, where your prospecting skills directly impact revenue and help organizations find perfect venues for their most important gatherings. You’ll start part-time with strong potential for full-time conversion, giving you the flexibility to prove your value while growing with an established market leader.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct targeted prospecting to identify potential group booking opportunities for conferences, retreats, and corporate events
  • Research and qualify upcoming events through online sources, social media, and industry databases
  • Make professional outbound calls and send strategic emails to CEOs and senior leadership at target companies
  • Conduct warm introductions with qualified prospects and gauge interest levels
  • Pass qualified leads to account management for processing and booking coordination
  • Maintain organized tracking of prospecting activities and lead progression
  • Follow up systematically with prospects to schedule appointments and advance opportunities
  • Communicate professionally with C-level executives and high-level decision-makers

Requirements:

  • Fluent English communication skills with professional phone presence and email writing ability
  • 2-5 years of experience in prospecting, lead generation, or sales development
  • Comfortable reaching out to senior executives and building rapport with decision-makers
  • Strong research skills for identifying prospects through online channels and social media
  • Available to work flexible hours within EST business time zone
  • Bonus if you have experience in hospitality, events, or B2B services
  • It helps if you’re familiar with CRM systems or lead tracking tools
