Responsibilities:
- Answer morning calls
- Spanish support
- Handle messages from overnight
- Enter data into TaxSlayer
- Help upload documents
- Schedule appointments

- TaxSlayer (required for all tax data entry)
- CRM workflow systems
- Google Drive + Docs + Sheets
- PDF editors
- RingCentral, Grasshopper, or similar phone systems
