Role Overview
The Product & Packaging Designer plays a key role in developing innovative, commercially viable stationery and office supply products. Working closely with the product development team, this role is responsible for designing on-brand, compliant, and high-quality products and packaging that meet consumer needs while aligning with sustainability goals.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with the product development team to design products and concepts that:

Strongly align with brand guidelines and visual identity

Are innovative, creative, and market-relevant

Meet consumer and client needs

Comply with regulatory standards and requirements

Align with company sustainability standards and objectives

Create detailed 2D and 3D renderings of products and packaging for:

Sales presentations and pitches

Factory briefing and production communication

Assist with material selection for both product and packaging, ensuring:

Cost-effectiveness

Technical suitability

High-quality, scalable production

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines

Prepare accurate, final print-ready files for factory and production use
Skills & Experience
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong experience in product and packaging, ideally for commercial or retail products, particularly in stationery or office supplies within the graphic design field
- Solid understanding of design principles specific to physical products and packaging
- Strong knowledge of production and manufacturing processes, materials, and printing techniques
- Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and project management skills
