In this role, you’ll be the front line of the customer experience during dedicated shift hours, working closely with a global team to ensure every interaction reflects care, accuracy, and professionalism.
You’ll integrate seamlessly into our existing systems, collaborate across time zones with teammates in Latin America, the Philippines, and the US, and work directly with the hiring manager and support leads to keep operations running smoothly. Job Highlights:
- Contract type: Independent Contractor
- Schedule: 40 hours per week; Working hours will be either 3:00am-12:00pm CT or 2:00pm-11:00pm CT.
Scope:
- Primary focus on customer support operations during specified shift hours
- Integration with existing company workflows and communication systems
- Collaboration with international team members across multiple time zones
- Potential for additional language coverage depending on candidate background
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support during assigned shift hours (either 3am-12pm or 2pm-11pm Central Time)
- Attend weekly support team meetings (scheduled for Tuesdays)
- Participate in company meetings and staff meetings when possible outside of regular shift hours
- Integrate with existing company systems and tools for customer communication
- Collaborate with a distributed team across Latin America, Philippines, and the United States
- Work closely with the hiring manager (Brendan) and team leads to meet support objectives
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills for customer interactions
- Experience in customer support or customer service roles
Ability to work independently in a remote environment - Flexibility to occasionally attend meetings outside of regular shift hours
- Proficiency with customer support tools and systems
- Reliable internet connection and professional work setup
