Key Responsibilities
Strategic Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Outreach Management: Utilize Apollo.io and internal CRMs to build, manage, and optimize email sequences.
- Data Mining: Identify and filter high-value prospects based on specific Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).

Pipeline Management: Ensure the CRM is meticulously updated, tracking lead status from initial touchpoint to booked meeting.
LinkedIn "Social Selling" & Engagement
- Network Growth: Proactively "attack" LinkedIn by engaging with target prospects, liking relevant feeds, and leaving thoughtful comments to build brand familiarity.
- Direct Outreach: Manage personalized LinkedIn connection requests and follow-up messaging.

Community Building: Monitor industry trends and engage in conversations that position our brand as a thought leader.
Qualification
- Scheduling: Take ownership of the calendar, seamlessly booking appointments for the senior sales team.

Requirements
- English Fluency (Non-Negotiable): You must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills tailored for the US Market. You can mirror the tone and professional nuances of American business culture.
- Technical Nimbleness: You are highly "tech-savvy." You don't just use tools; you master them quickly. Experience with CRMs, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Canva is a major plus.
