A specialty contractor that provides critical life safety systems for commercial beverage operations is launching an exciting new CO2 gas delivery service. This established company works with regulatory compliance requirements and has the unique authorization to handle specialized permitting processes. They’re expanding from equipment and permitting into direct gas supply, creating a completely new market segment in the Las Vegas valley.

 

Job Description: 

You’ll play a crucial role in launching an innovative new service by warming up leads and setting high-value appointments. This isn’t typical cold calling – you’re introducing a specialized service that solves real compliance and operational challenges for businesses. You’ll work directly with the company’s primary sales leader to ensure prospects are qualified and ready for meaningful conversations. Your appointment setting directly contributes to revenue generation in a niche market with strong demand.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Make targeted outbound calls to prospects identified through market research
  • Use company-provided scripts and questions to engage potential clients effectively
  • Qualify prospects and assess their interest in CO2 gas delivery services
  • Schedule qualified appointments for the primary sales representative
  • Warm up leads to ensure productive and meaningful sales meetings
  • Track and report on call activity, appointment setting metrics, and conversion rates
  • Follow up with prospects to maintain engagement and nurture relationships
  • Collaborate with market research specialist to refine targeting and optimize messaging

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B cold calling and appointment setting
  • Strong verbal communication and phone skills with professional demeanor
  • Ability to follow scripts while maintaining natural, engaging conversation flow
  • Experience with CRM systems and call tracking tools
  • Resilience and persistence in outbound calling activities with goal-oriented mindset
  • Bonus if you have experience in specialty contracting or industrial services
  • It helps if you’re familiar with compliance-driven or regulatory industries
