Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails and inquiries, providing clear and effective solutions.
- Assist customers with managing their subscriptions, including modifications, cancellations, and renewals.
- Offer personalized recommendations to help customers maximize their use of our products and achieve their personal goals.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, updating customer information, and other support functions as required.
- Collaborate with the team to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate and relevant information.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years in a customer-facing role, ideally within a DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) or Subscription-based brand.
- Technical Savvy: Experience with helpdesk software (e.g., Gorgias, Zendesk) and eCommerce platforms Shopify is a must-have and Recharge as nice-to-have.
- Communication Style: You have a "wellness-first" mindset. You can take complex subscription issues and explain them in a calm, friendly, and simple manner.
- Detail-Oriented: You have a sharp eye for data entry and never let a customer detail slip through the cracks.
- Reliability: Since this role supports our members during peak morning hours (EST), punctuality and consistent attendance are essential.
- You have a genuine interest in mental health, journaling, or personal development and are excited to share that passion with our community.
