About the Role

We are looking for a talented Media Content Specialist to manage and create written content across social media and email marketing channels for a Christian faith-based leadership organization (EQUIP Leadership). This role is ideal for someone with strong writing skills, a marketing mindset, and experience using AI-assisted writing tools to enhance productivity while maintaining authenticity.

Key Responsibilities

• Write compelling and engaging social media captions aligned with brand voice and messaging

• Create marketing email copy that drives engagement and conversions

• Schedule and manage social media posts across multiple platforms

• Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand guidelines

• Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and initiatives

• Utilize AI-assisted writing tools responsibly to improve efficiency and content quality

• Monitor scheduled content and make adjustments as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong English writing and copywriting skills

• Experience with Buffer or other social media scheduling tools

• Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices

• Proficiency in AI-assisted writing tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar)

• Ability to write clear, engaging, and audience-focused content

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
