Guest Relations Assistant

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday. 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM 
  • Unpaid break between 1:00 PM and 2:30 PM
  • Client Timezone: Singapore Time

Job Description:

You’ll be the voice of exceptional hospitality for a dynamic restaurant group, directly impacting guest satisfaction and loyalty with every interaction. This role puts you at the center of the guest journey, where you’ll manage high-volume communications across multiple channels while helping create memorable dining experiences. You’ll work with cutting-edge restaurant technology and be part of a fast-paced environment where every conversation matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming phone calls from restaurant guests for reservations and general inquiries
  • Manage guest communications through Zendesk platform, responding to WhatsApp,
    SMS, and email messages
  • Input and manage restaurant reservations using Seven Rooms table management system
  • Resolve guest issues and concerns across multiple communication channels
  • Provide exceptional customer service that enhances the overall guest experience
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and reservation details
  • Support seamless guest journey from initial inquiry to reservation completion
  • Collaborate with restaurant teams to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills for phone-based customer service
  • Must have restaurant or hospitality industry experience
  • Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving skills for handling guest inquiries and issues
  • Professional phone manner and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively across different communication channels
  • Bonus if you have experience with Zendesk or similar customer service platforms
  • It helps if you’re familiar with reservation management systems
