Spanish Bilingual Customer Liaison

Schedule: 

  • Monday to Friday, 3pm to 12am Eastern with an hour unpaid break

This established company prioritizes exceptional guest experiences and is expanding their customer service team to provide comprehensive coverage across all properties.

Job Overview: You’ll be an essential part of a growing customer service team providing exceptional guest experiences that maintain Super Host ratings across 50+ properties. Working alongside a dedicated team lead and fellow virtual assistant, you’ll gain valuable experience in the thriving short-term rental industry while contributing to a business that puts guest satisfaction first. This role offers flexible scheduling options with clear growth potential based on performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle guest communications via Airbnb messaging following established customer service procedures
  • Create accurate work orders in MaintainX system for maintenance requests and guest issues
  • Coordinate with local Miami maintenance team for timely issue resolution and follow-up
  • Provide consistent, professional customer service to maintain Super Host ratings across all properties
  • Support team lead with overflow communications and special guest requests
  • Learn and adapt to new Guesty platform as business transitions to integrated systems
  • Document guest interactions and maintain accurate records for operational continuity

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of customer service experience in any industry
  • Excellent written English and Spanish communication skills for professional guest interactions
  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office setup for consistent availability
  • Detail-oriented approach with strong follow-through abilities for guest issue resolution
  • Flexibility to work either extended weekday hours or weekend shifts as needed
  • Bonus if you’re bilingual English/Spanish for enhanced guest communication
  • It helps if you have experience with customer service software or booking platforms
