Spanish Bilingual Real Estate Cold Caller

Schedule:
  • Mondays - 1:00 pm to 6:30 pm (5.5 hours)
  • Tuesdays to Thursdays - 9:30 am to 12:30 pm/1:30 pm to 7:00 pm (8.5 hours/day)
  • Fridays - 9:30 am to 1:30 pm (4 hours)
  • Client time zone: Eastern (Longwood, FL)

As a Real Estate Cold Caller/Sales Agent, you will engage with homeowners, identify motivated sellers, and qualify opportunities, playing a vital role in connecting clients with the right solutions. This role offers significant growth potential in a thriving Florida real estate market.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to Florida homeowners using advanced auto dialer systems with prospect lists of 10,000–20,000 contacts

  • Initiate engaging conversations with English and Spanish-speaking homeowners to assess interest and motivation to sell

  • Identify and qualify wholesale acquisition opportunities, particularly properties in need of repair or homeowners in distressed situations

  • Present alternative retail real estate services for homeowners seeking full market value

  • Gather comprehensive information about prospects’ properties, situations, and timeline requirements

  • Schedule qualified appointments for the company’s closing specialists

  • Maintain organized prospect communication and systematic follow-up processes

  • Build rapport and trust with diverse homeowner demographics throughout Florida

 

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish is highly desirable

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in US real estate cold calling and lead generation

  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone

  • Solid understanding of wholesale and traditional retail real estate concepts

  • Experience with auto dialer systems and high-volume calling campaigns preferred

  • Knowledge of Florida real estate market dynamics and regulations preferred

  • Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent performance metrics

  • Professional phone presence with excellent listening skills and objection-handling abilities

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with growth opportunities
