Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly creative and results-driven Content Creative Marketing Specialist to own and execute our content and campaign strategy across multiple digital channels. This role is ideal for someone who can both conceptualize and create content while also managing organic and paid marketing campaigns that drive engagement, leads, and brand growth.
You will be responsible for producing high-quality visual and written content, planning and executing marketing campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Design
- Create original content for social media, email, websites, and digital ads
- Edit and produce high-quality videos and photos aligned with brand standards
- Write compelling copy for posts, ads, email campaigns, and landing pages
- Ensure all content is on-brand, visually appealing, and optimized for each platform
Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms
- Manage and execute organic and paid social media campaigns
- Monitor engagement, performance metrics, and optimize content accordingly
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and yearly marketing campaigns
- Plan and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional emails
- Create and execute paid ad campaigns (social media and other digital platforms)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align campaigns with business goals
Analytics & Optimization
- Track campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations
- Optimize content and ads based on data, trends, and audience behavior
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a related role
- Strong skills in video editing and photo editing
- Proficiency with content creation and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.)
- Experience managing email marketing platforms and social media scheduling tools
- Hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Excellent written and visual storytelling skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with branding or creative direction
- Knowledge of SEO and content optimization
- Experience working with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights)
