Construction Sales Support Coordinator

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Construction Sales Support Coordinator to support our client's growing client base and ensure a seamless experience once building deposits are received. This role bridges communication between clients, internal design teams, and operations — ensuring that every project runs smoothly from deposit to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all sales-related administrative tasks after the building deposit is received.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams (design, drafting, and construction).
  • Upload listings to the Real Estate Australia website as required by the Sales Consultants
  • Update and maintain client records, project files, and documentation in an organized manner.
  • Handle email correspondence, scheduling, and calendar management for internal and client meetings.
  • Assist with data entry, invoicing, and payment follow-ups as required.
  • Provide front-line customer service, responding promptly to inquiries via phone and email.
  • Track and document project progress and client communications for internal reporting.
  • Support sales-related activities, such as preparing quotes, monitoring leads, and maintaining CRM data.
 
Requirements
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/ Office / Google Workspace; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service, administration, or sales support, preferably within construction, architecture, or property development.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
  • A proactive, team-oriented individual who thrives on collaboration and client satisfaction.
