About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Short-Form Video Content Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in video and imagery editing, with a proven ability to create visually engaging content that aligns with brand identity and drives audience engagement across multiple platforms.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and publish engaging photo and video content for social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute content calendars and campaigns

• Ensure all visuals and copy are on-brand, high-quality, and optimized for each platform

• Edit short-form videos, reels, and stories that capture audience attention and support marketing objectives

• Select and enhance imagery, apply filters, adjust layouts, and use text overlays effectively

• Monitor social media trends and apply creative strategies to improve engagement

• Track performance metrics and suggest improvements for content effectiveness

 

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Editor, Content Creator, or Digital Marketing Specialist

• Strong skills in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar)

• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator

• Knowledge of social media algorithms, best practices, and current trends

• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and time management

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines within the PST schedule

 

Preferred Experience:

• Prior work with lifestyle, e-commerce, or creative brands

• Basic understanding of analytics and social media performance tracking

• Experience managing multiple brand pages or campaigns
