Job Description: You’ll be the creative force behind engaging video content that converts viewers into customers. Working directly with the business owner, you’ll transform raw materials into compelling Meta ads while mastering cutting-edge AI tools. Responsibilities:

• Edit raw video content into high-converting Meta ads for Instagram and Facebook campaigns
• Create multiple video variations weekly to meet Meta’s algorithm demands for fresh content
• Study and replicate successful ad styles to maintain brand consistency and performance
• Utilize AI platforms like Sora to transform static product images into dynamic video content
• Collaborate on creative drafts and revisions to achieve optimal results
• Manage daily and weekly task lists through productivity tools like Slack
• Work with the provided templates and winning ad examples to accelerate production
• Potentially expand into ad campaign management and customer service as the role develops

Requirements:

• Proven experience with video editing applications (CapCut or similar tools)
• Familiarity with AI video creation platforms and modern content creation tools
• Experience creating content specifically for Meta advertising (Instagram/Facebook)
• Ability to work efficiently with design tools like Canva
• Fast execution skills with the ability to produce multiple creative variations
• Bonus if you have experience with social media marketing and platform requirements
