Social Media Coordinator

Overview

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Coordinator to elevate an artist's digital presence and deepen fan engagement. 

In this position, you will serve as the digital voice of the artist, bridging the gap between their music and their audience. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok—from high-level strategy and content creation to community interaction and data analysis. The ideal candidate is a proactive storyteller who stays ahead of music industry trends and can authentically translate an artist’s brand into compelling, high-performing digital content.


Schedule: 
Monday to Friday, flexible during business hours (8 AM – 6 PM EST)
Total weekly hours: 20 hours

 

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage content across multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase followers and engagement

  • Schedule and post content consistently

  • Engage with the audience and respond to comments and messages

  • Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly

  • Collaborate with the artist to ensure content aligns with their brand and music style

  • Research and stay updated on social media trends in the music industry

Requirements

  • Proficiency in using various social media platforms and scheduling tools (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content

  • Basic understanding of social media analytics

  • Proactive and self-motivated work ethic

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
