Job Overview: You’ll be the operational backbone that ensures flawless execution of marketing campaigns and automated systems. This isn’t about creating strategy from scratch—it’s about being the detail-oriented executor who makes sure every campaign launches perfectly, every automation runs smoothly, and every piece of content gets distributed exactly as planned. You’ll work directly with the founder in a fast-paced environment where your attention to detail and proactive communication will be highly valued. The role offers significant growth potential to evolve into strategic planning and team management as the company scales.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end marketing campaign launches ensuring flawless execution and timing
• Execute social media posting and content distribution using established tools and processes
• Create and deploy nurture email campaigns 1-2 times per week with zero errors
• Manage weekly LinkedIn newsletter publication and distribution workflows
• Set up and maintain marketing automation sequences in ActiveCampaign
• Configure and optimize Zapier integrations to streamline marketing processes
• Monitor all automated systems and proactively identify potential issues before they impact campaigns
• Maintain exceptional quality standards across all marketing outputs and communications
• Collaborate directly with leadership on campaign coordination and execution priorities
• Document processes and suggest operational improvements for marketing systems

Requirements:

• Exceptional attention to detail with a strict standard for accuracy
• Experience with marketing automation platforms, ActiveCampaign strongly preferred
• Proven track record with email marketing execution and best practices
• Social media posting and content distribution experience across multiple platforms
• Proactive communication style with ability to flag issues and ask clarifying questions
• Experience with CRM systems (ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or similar platforms)
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple concurrent campaigns
• Bonus if you have Zapier experience for automation workflows
• It helps if you’re comfortable learning new tools quickly through documentation and tutorials
• Creative problem-solving abilities for troubleshooting campaign execution challenges
