Job Description:
You’ll be the vital bridge between an established insurance practice and its diverse client community, where your bilingual expertise directly impacts client satisfaction and business success. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of critical insurance operations while building meaningful relationships with clients who depend on your language skills and insurance knowledge. You’ll work remotely with full autonomy, managing essential processes that keep the business running smoothly while providing exceptional service in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

• Process insurance billing and coordinate payment workflows from start to finish
• Handle insurance claims management from initial filing through resolution
• Conduct professional phone communications with clients in both English and Spanish
• Manage multi-party communications between clients, insurance carriers, and the advisor
• Coordinate back-and-forth correspondence to resolve client inquiries and issues
• Maintain accurate documentation for all insurance-related processes and client interactions
• Provide administrative support for policy management and client onboarding
• Ensure seamless integration with existing CRM systems and business workflows

Requirements:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish (speaking, reading, writing) - essential for client success
• Previous experience in customer service roles with phone-based client interaction
• Background or hands-on experience in insurance industry operations
• Strong communication skills for professional, empathetic client conversations
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
• Bonus if you have experience with insurance billing systems or claims processing
• It helps if you’re familiar with CRM platforms and insurance software tools
