Booking Operations Coordinator

Schedule:

  • Schedule 1: 3:00 AM to 10:00 AM , 21 hours a week
    Schedule 2: 3:00 AM to 10:00 AM, 28 hours a week
  • Client Time zone: Eastern Time (US)

This Morocco-based tour operator works with major booking platforms and has built sophisticated automation systems to deliver seamless customer experiences across multiple time zones.

Job Description: You’ll play a crucial role in supporting a fast-growing travel business by ensuring every booking is processed accurately and efficiently. Starting with essential data management tasks, you’ll have clear opportunities to expand into direct customer interaction as the company continues its impressive growth trajectory. This position offers the perfect blend of systematic work and growth potential in an exciting travel industry environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and enter booking information from emails into Airtable management system with precision and speed
  • Handle booking modifications including pickup location changes, date adjustments, and time updates
  • Manage cancellations and updates received through major OTA platforms like Viator and GetYourGuide
  • Monitor and process overnight bookings that arrive during time zone gaps between
    US and international operations
  • Ensure accurate data entry to trigger automated customer communication systems
  • Maintain system accuracy to support seamless tour operations and exceptional customer experiences
  • Support real-time booking processing to meet tight departure deadlines
  • Collaborate with international team members across different time zones

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience preferred over pure data entry background
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume data processing
  • Experience working with database systems, CRM platforms, or similar tools
  • Excellent English communication skills (written)
  • Ability to work early morning Eastern Time hours (6-10 AM or 7-10 AM)
  • Availability for 7-day weekly schedule coverage
  • Bonus if you have experience with Airtable, booking systems, or travel industry platforms
  • It helps if you’re comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Bonus if you have experience with email management and online booking workflows
