Spanish Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Assistant - Home & Auto

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm with an hour unpaid break

Job Description: You’ll be the vital bridge connecting Spanish-speaking customers with essential insurance protection. As the first point of contact for Hispanic clients, you’ll play a crucial role in expanding the agency’s reach while ensuring every customer receives exceptional service in their preferred language. This remote position offers the perfect blend of customer service excellence and meaningful community impact, with real opportunities for performance-based rewards as you help families and businesses protect what matters most.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound phone calls from Spanish-speaking customers seeking insurance quotes
  • Collect detailed customer information including driver license numbers, VIN numbers, and specific insurance requirements
  • Process and send customer data to the licensed agent for quote development and policy creation
  • Conduct follow-up calls with prospects who are considering insurance quotes to maintain engagement
  • Monitor Facebook groups and recommend the agency’s services to potential Hispanic customers
  • Provide light social media marketing support to expand the agency’s reach in the Hispanic community
  • Maintain accurate customer records and ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads
  • Support the agency’s growth by delivering exceptional bilingual customer service

Requirements:

  • Fluent bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English (both written and verbal)
  • Knowledge of home and auto insurance products, terminology, and basic industry concepts
  • Strong phone communication and customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Basic familiarity with Facebook and social media platforms for marketing support
  • Excellent data collection and organizational abilities with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet connection
  • Bonus if you have previous experience in insurance, customer service, or lead generation
