Description:
The client is looking for someone who can help with customer onboarding and training. The ideal candidate would have excellent English, be clear and engaging in communication, and ideally is well-presented and has a professional on-screen presence — someone comfortable leading trainings and creating educational content.
The role would involve:

Tracking onboarding progress for new customers

Conducting training sessions on how to use the system

Maintaining the Knowledge Hub

Creating tutorial videos and articles
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Clear, confident, and engaging presentation style
- Comfortable leading live training sessions and customer onboarding calls
- Professional on-screen presence; confident appearing in video tutorials and recorded trainings
- Experience in customer onboarding, customer success, or user training (SaaS experience preferred)
- Strong ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, user-friendly way
- Experience tracking customer onboarding progress and follow-ups
- Ability to create and maintain educational content, including:
- Tutorial videos
- Step-by-step articles and guides
- Knowledge base / Knowledge Hub documentation
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple onboarding timelines
- Familiarity with CRM tools, onboarding platforms, or LMS tools is a plus
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating with cross-functional teams
