Customer Support Specialist (Vehicle Rentals)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Alberta, Canada Time
Total Weekly Hours: 42.5 Hours

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer support calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Respond to customer emails promptly and accurately, addressing inquiries and concerns effectively
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of customer issues, including billing inquiries, reservation adjustments, vehicle-related problems during rental trips, and more
  • Process payments and refunds accurately, maintaining precise financial records
  • Log comprehensive details of customer issues and resolutions in the CRM system for accurate documentation and future reference
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience, providing feedback and insights to the management team
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices, resolve complex issues, and contribute to a positive team environment

 

Requirements

  • Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer support, resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Availability to work weekends and flexible schedules to meet the needs of a 24/7 operation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, providing clear and concise information to customers and team members
  • Ability to analyze complex situations, identify root causes, and offer effective solutions to resolve customer concerns
  • Meticulous attention to detail in recording information and completing tasks accurately
  • Familiarity with CRM tools to document interactions and track customer inquiries effectively
