Role Name: E-commerce Digital Marketing Specialist
Schedule: Full time - 40h per week - Ideally within 9am to 5pm ET, but it could also match CT and PT time zones.

Job Description: You’ll lead comprehensive paid advertising strategies for premium e-commerce clients who expect nothing less than exceptional results. This role puts you at the center of sophisticated marketing campaigns where your expertise in paid ads, social media, and conversion optimization directly impacts growing businesses. You’ll collaborate with a team of senior-level specialists who share your passion for strategic thinking and delivering measurable outcomes in the fast-paced e-commerce landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on e-commerce strategy to ensure all marketing channels work cohesively
- Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations for optimization
- Work directly with high-caliber clients to understand their business objectives and deliver results
- Design and implement sophisticated email marketing campaigns and automation flows
- Set up and optimize email triggers based on Shopify customer actions and behaviors
- Collaborate with paid ads and social media teams to ensure cohesive customer journey
- Analyze email performance metrics and optimize for improved conversion rates
- Manage email marketing platforms, particularly Klaviyo and MailChimp
- Build and customize landing pages within Shopify’s CMS for marketing campaigns
- Monitor and optimize the customer journey from social media and ads through to purchase
Requirements:
- Senior-level experience in digital marketing with Shopify focus.
- Expert-level knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads)
- Strong understanding of social media marketing and campaign management
- Proven experience with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify
- Understanding of how paid ads integrate with email marketing, social media, and website conversion funnels
- Excellent English communication skills and ability to present professionally to clients
- Availability to work EST timezone hours - Preferred candidates from LATAM
- Track record of managing campaigns for premium/high-caliber clients
- proficiency in Klaviyo, MailChimp or other mailing tools
