Job Description
Step into an exciting dual-role position where you’ll be the vital link between the agency and its valued clients. This dynamic opportunity combines customer service excellence with sales growth, allowing you to help existing clients while discovering new ways to better serve their needs. You’ll spend half your time ensuring clients stay current with their policies and the other half identifying opportunities to expand their coverage. This role offers incredible variety in your daily tasks and the satisfaction of both solving problems and building lasting relationships that drive business success.
Responsibilities
- Conduct professional outbound service calls to assist customers with payment processing, document completion, and policy renewal requirements
- Make strategic cross-selling calls to existing clients to help them consolidate all their insurance needs with the agency
- Provide backup phone coverage during peak times, ensuring no client call goes unanswered
- Process customer payments and handle important documentation with accuracy and care
- Gather and organize information to support the sales team’s efforts
- Seamlessly multitask between service and sales activities throughout your shift
- Anticipate customer needs and provide proactive solutions
Requirements
- Must be fluent in both Spanish and English (bilingual proficiency required)
- Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
