JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Inbound Lead Qualification Specialists to support our client’s rapidly scaling enterprise go-to-market team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel at engaging prospects, asking the right questions, and qualifying complex inbound opportunities. You will play a critical role in ensuring that inbound leads generated from significant marketing investment are properly vetted, prioritized, and handed over to the sales organization.
This position supports a fast-growing tech company serving enterprise-level clients across the United States. Your work directly impacts sales pipeline quality, revenue growth, and customer experience.
About the Client
Our client provides an advanced customer engagement and communications platform used by major global brands. After a successful pivot into the enterprise market, they are now ramping up marketing spend and expanding their U.S. sales presence. As inbound leads increase, they require a dedicated team to manage qualification, routing, and follow-up across multiple channels.
You will be working with a U.S.-centric, enterprise-focused customer base—including well-known global brands—and must be comfortable speaking with professional stakeholders from mid-market to Fortune 500 organizations.
Responsibilities
- Respond immediately to inbound inquiries from marketing campaigns, website forms, events, webinars, and partner channels.
- Conduct initial discovery to understand prospect needs, pain points, timelines, and technical requirements.
- Perform qualification using the client’s preferred framework (BANT, MEDDIC-lite, or similar).
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate enterprise sales representatives with clear notes and handoff context.
- Maintain clean, accurate CRM records for every interaction, ensuring visibility for sales and leadership.
- Manage high volumes of inbound leads while prioritizing based on urgency and fit.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide feedback on lead quality, messaging trends, and common customer themes.
- Deliver a high-touch, enterprise-grade experience for all prospects—professional, timely, and consultative.
- Follow established SLAs for response times, pipeline updates, and handoff processes.
Requirements
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS, marketing automation, customer engagement, or related technologies.
- Proven experience in inbound sales, lead qualification, SDR/BDR roles, or similar customer-facing positions.
- Experience communicating with enterprise-level prospects, including managers, directors, and executives.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a consultative, professional tone.
- Ability to quickly learn and discuss software products, customer engagement platforms, or SaaS solutions.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple inbound leads concurrently.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Ability to work in US time zones (EST/CST/PST) and communicate fluently in English, Spanish is a plus.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Ability to recognize upsell/cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs.
