Fitness & Wellness Customer Coordinator

Schedule:

Join a growing fitness and wellness business preparing for launch and rapid growth. This role supports daily customer communication, scheduling, system management, and administrative operations. You’ll work closely with business owners and trainers to ensure smooth communication with leads and future members while helping build strong operational foundations before and after launch.

Job Description:
You will manage incoming inquiries, nurture leads, handle scheduling, and support general administrative operations for a growing gym environment. This role is ideal for someone organised, friendly, and confident on the phone, who can manage multiple priorities while keeping systems updated and leads engaged. You’ll also support basic social media activity and act as the first point of contact for customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with potential and existing customers
  • Follow up with leads and keep prospective members engaged
  • Respond to inquiries regarding gym services, memberships, and programs
  • Schedule training sessions and coordinate trainer availability
  • Manage membership and scheduling software systems
  • Post basic social media content to maintain consistent online presence
  • Provide general administrative support to management
  • Handle appointment booking and receptionist-related tasks
  • Support pre-launch lead warming and communication strategies

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service and phone-based communication
  • Comfort using scheduling tools and basic administrative systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Basic understanding of social media posting
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn new fitness or membership management software
  • Reliable internet connection and professional home setup
