Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Wednesday through Sunday; 4AM - 12PM Hawaii Standard Time
  • First two days training 8am – 12pm HST
  • Includes 30 minutes paid break

You’ll be the vital link between our stunning properties and guests from around the globe, ensuring smooth operations across multiple booking platforms. Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of guest inquiries across Airbnb and Booking.com, providing prompt, professional responses to ensure guest satisfaction and drive bookings
  • Expertly navigate our centralized Vacation Rent Pro system, efficiently transferring and updating reservation details from multiple booking platforms
  • Monitor and thoughtfully respond to guest reviews, turning potential negatives into positives and maintaining our stellar online reputation
  • Proactively engage with past guests to encourage glowing reviews, helping to build and maintain our impressive 13,000+ review count
  • Showcase our properties in their best light by regularly updating listings with fresh photographs and compelling descriptions
  • Collaborate with our local team and IT support to ensure all property information is accurate and up-to-date across all platforms
  • Assist in managing multiple Airbnb and Booking.com accounts, requiring keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven experience in Airbnb listing management or vacation rental industry
  • Familiarity with major vacation rental platforms including Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft engaging and professional responses
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in property management software (experience with Vacation Rent Pro is a significant plus)
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting
  • Flexibility to align working hours with Hawaii Standard Time to ensure optimal coverage during peak guest communication periods
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet to resolve guest issues efficiently
