Join a rapidly expanding insurance agency specializing in trade contractors, including plumbers, roofers, and HVAC professionals. With an established $2M+ premium book in one state, the company is now aggressively scaling into new markets with ambitious 2–3 year growth targets. You’ll be joining at the ground floor of their expansion, working directly with the business owners to replicate their proven success model.

You’ll be the driving force behind lead generation for a high-growth insurance agency that knows how to win. This is not about selling unnecessary products—you’ll be connecting with contractors who already need insurance and helping them discover better rates and better service. You will own the entire lead qualification process, from initial outreach to warm transfers, while building a comprehensive prospect database that fuels the agency’s rapid expansion. As the business scales, this role offers a path to significant long-term growth.

 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted cold calling to trade contractor leads and existing contacts
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive prospect database with contact details and policy information
  • Collect policy expiration dates and renewal timelines from prospects
  • Qualify leads and warm-transfer promising prospects directly to the business owners
  • Handle email management and light administrative support tasks
  • Update and maintain records in the EasyLinks CRM system
  • Support lead generation efforts that drive the agency’s aggressive expansion goals
  • Collaborate directly with business owners to refine calling strategies and messaging

 

Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills with a professional phone presence for effective cold calling
  • Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation
  • Comfortable using CRM systems (EasyLinks experience is a plus)
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay persistent in lead generation activities
  • Strong organizational skills for managing databases and administrative tasks
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Bonus: Experience in insurance or B2B sales
  • Helpful: Comfort with real-time call transfers and collaboration
