Total weekly hours: 40 Hours
This role supports high-volume travel and financial reconciliation operations. You’ll work with large datasets, credit card transactions, and client accounts while delivering exceptional customer service. Accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail are critical, as you’ll be handling thousands of line items weekly and working directly with clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Reconcile thousands of travel-related line items in weekly Excel data sets
- Reconcile credit card travel transactions with extreme accuracy
- Support client inquiries and deliver a “wow” customer service experience
- Use Microsoft Business Central for daily accounting operations
- Prepare and submit weekly client statements with 100% accuracy
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions
- Submit weekly wire, EFT, PAD, and other banking payments
- Post and process journal entries in a timely manner
- Perform regular reconciliations to actively maintain AP and AR balances
- Issue invoices and maintain accurate client billing records
- Assist with additional accounting and reconciliation projects as needed
- Communicate with clients via email, phone, and face-to-face meetings when required
- Actively contribute as a collaborative team member—culture matters
Requirements:
- Advanced Excel skills (must be an Excel power user)
- Minimum 2 years of experience using Sabre GDS
- Proven experience reconciling large credit card and transactional data files
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Microsoft Business Central experience strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of accounting and financial reporting principles
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to undergo background checks to confirm bondability
- Ability to adapt to additional duties as business needs evolve
