Customer Service & Patient Scheduling Representative

Scope:

  • Monday to Friday, 2pm to 10pm Pacific with a 30-minute paid break
  • Handle both inbound calls and outbound lead follow-up calls
  • Support two chiropractic clinic locations
  • Work directly with clinic owner on processes and standards
  • With performance-based bonuses


Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls from potential and existing patients
  • Schedule patient appointments using clinic scheduling systems
  • Follow established scripts to guide conversations with prospective patients
  • Handle leads generated from Facebook ads and Google ads marketing campaigns
  • Call leads immediately when they submit information through online forms or click marketing links
  • Answer patient questions about services, scheduling, and clinic procedures
  • Process prepayments when required for certain cases
  • Maintain professional communication standards representing the chiropractic practice

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills and professional phone manner
  • Ability to follow scripts while maintaining natural conversation flow
  • Comfortable working with scheduling software and basic computer systems
  • Sales experience preferred but not required (training will be provided)
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment for phone calls
  • Flexibility to work extended hours including evenings and weekends
  • Basic understanding of appointment scheduling processes
  • Ability to handle payment processing when required
