Sales Operations Manager – Outdoor Adventure Platform

As our Sales Operations Manager, you will optimize sales efficiency, drive performance improvements, support sales quota attainment, and enable the team with the right data, tools, and training.


Job Highlights
Number of Paid Hours Per Week: Flexible / Based on US business needs
Schedule: Flexible; not a standard 9–5 schedule. Must be able to work US hours and may be required to work outside normal hours based on business needs.
Work Arrangement: Work from home
Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note:
Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities

Sales Enablement & Execution

  • Manage and optimize the full sales funnel: list creation, sequencing, CRM hygiene, and automation.

  • Provide sales reps with collateral, tools, and talk tracks in collaboration with Product Marketing & Training.

  • Deliver daily and weekly performance reports to the Head of Sales.

  • Remove roadblocks and accelerate deal flow; improve sales velocity.

  • Act as the bridge between Sales and Success Ops to ensure smooth handoffs and clean data transitions.

Data Analytics, Reporting & Optimization

  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and board-level dashboards and performance summaries.

  • Manage quota tracking, pacing analysis, and behavior-based performance monitoring.

  • Analyze trends to identify bottlenecks and propose data-backed improvements.

  • Build and implement coaching programs, micro-trainings, and skill refreshers.

  • Support cross-functional needs linked to outdoor recreation seasonality and customer experience.

New Hire Onboarding & Leadership

  • Maintain a structured onboarding program to accelerate ramp time.

  • Lead trainings, coaching, and playbook documentation.

  • Drive clarity, accountability, and coaching—not top-down oversight.

  • Foster a high-performance culture rooted in ownership, passion, and startup agility.

BPO Collaboration & Global Team Management

  • Partner with PH and US teams to maintain visibility and alignment.

  • Apply BPO best practices to improve throughput, quality, and efficiency.

  • Prepare monthly performance reports for global leadership.


Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, or similar.

  • Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, outdoor industry, or BPO-supported environments preferred.

  • Experience in the outdoor recreation space or related industries is a strong advantage.

  • Strong analytical, data-driven thinker; able to convert insights into action.

  • HubSpot CRM experience is required.

  • Comfortable with sales engagement tools and performance reporting.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment; solution-oriented and resourceful.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a coaching mindset.

  • Confident presenting performance data to leadership and stakeholders.
