Job Description
You’ll become the backbone of their talent acquisition efforts, taking ownership of the entire recruitment process from initial candidate screening to final presentation. This role offers the perfect blend of independence and collaboration, where you’ll work directly with company leadership while having the autonomy to optimize processes and make meaningful contributions to their hiring success. You’ll play a crucial role in building their team and shaping their HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Review and organize incoming resumes and job applications with attention to quality candidates
- Conduct initial candidate screening and evaluation to identify top talent
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain organized candidate databases and tracking systems for efficient workflow
- Communicate professionally with potential candidates throughout the hiring process
- Assist with general HR administrative tasks and process improvements as needed
- Collaborate directly with company leadership on recruitment strategy and priorities
- Streamline hiring processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or recruiting roles with proven track record
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
- Experience with resume screening and candidate evaluation processes
- Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Bonus if you have experience with small to medium-sized company recruiting
