Our client is looking for a Front-End Developer with strong graphic design skills to build visually engaging, user-friendly websites and marketing materials. This role focuses on front-end development, design, and client support, giving you the opportunity to directly impact the online presence of insurance agents nationwide.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop responsive, user-friendly website interfaces
• Create custom layouts, graphics, and visual assets for websites and marketing materials
• Customize WordPress themes (front-end focus) to meet client branding and functionality needs
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, and mobile responsiveness
• Collaborate with the founding team on design concepts, UX improvements, and brand consistency
• Provide technical and design support to clients, helping them effectively manage and use their websites
• Implement website updates, modifications, and enhancements as requested

Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional front-end development experience
• Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar)
• Expertise with WordPress front-end customization (themes, page builders, styling)
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (front-end technologies)
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design
• Excellent English communication skills for client interaction
• Ability to work on Mac systems
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
