Job Description
You’ll be the essential link between guests, property owners, and service providers, ensuring seamless vacation rental experiences. Working with multiple booking platforms and property management software, you’ll handle everything from guest communications to emergency situations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment where problem-solving skills and customer service excellence directly impact guest satisfaction and business success.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to guest communications across Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, and direct bookings
• Handle incoming calls via virtual phone system and determine appropriate escalation paths
• Coordinate with housekeepers, property owners, and maintenance personnel for seamless operations
• File damage reports and manage insurance claims with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs)
• Manage property management software to track bookings, check-ins, and check-outs
• Oversee housekeeping software and automated payroll systems
• Resolve guest issues and property emergencies in real-time
• Maintain accurate records of all property operations and guest interactions

Requirements
You bring previous experience in property management, hospitality, or customer service with strong communication skills for guest-facing interactions. You’re comfortable working flexible hours and being available for on-call situations when needed. Experience with property management software and booking platforms is highly valued. Bonus if you have bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish), experience with Airbnb or vacation rental management, or background working with Central/South American time zones.
