We are seeking a results-oriented and modern Remote SEO Specialist to own and significantly grow our organic lead generation. This role is critical for driving revenue by ensuring our plumbing services are the top choice for homeowners searching across traditional search engines and emerging AI-enhanced platforms. You will be responsible for the entire organic search funnel, from technical site health to high-converting content optimization.
Responsibilities
- Own organic lead generation by driving top-10 rankings for premium, intent-rich keywords aligned with buyer needs and regional search patterns across both traditional and AI-enhanced search.
- Ensure strong brand visibility in AI-augmented search by optimizing structured data, entity presence, and answer-engine discoverability (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.).
- Continuously improve technical SEO, content relevance, and page authority through site-health audits, stronger metadata, internal linking, and topic-coverage optimization.
- Increase lead conversion by optimizing landing-page indexability, clarity, load speed, engagement signals, and overall AI-crawl readiness for core lead-gen pages.
Qualifications

Proven experience in SEO, preferably within a local service or high-intent industry (e.g., home services, contracting, B2C).
